Henry Deringer was a famous maker of small pocket pistols in the 19th century.

This Double Barrel Derringer was designed in 1866 by William Elliot of Remington. So popular was the design that it remained in production for over 40 years.

With its small size and relatively light weight, it became a staple of card sharks and con men. You could put it in your pocket or hide it in your boot.

Its double barrels shot .41 caliber bullets in a two-shot single action. This pistol was also frequently used by women (think Agatha Christie) as it was an ideal size to be hidden in a purse or a stocking.

The replica measures 13cm in height, with a depth of 9cm and width of 2cm. It is made out of resin and zamec, and is gold and ivory in colour.

As this firearm has a mechanism and appearance of before 1870 it can be sold to any persons over the age of 18 years upon receipt of valid ID. We will require verification of your age via a photo or scan of ID showing your name and age before the dispatch your order.
