Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

Tags must still be attached (if applicable).

Must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Please include a note with your order number and reason for the return in the package.
Return Costs

Non-Faulty Items:
If the item is no longer wanted, you will be responsible for return postage costs. We will also deduct any outgoing postage costs and a restocking fee of up to £12 from your refund. -
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending it back to us.
Important: Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at mailbox@nextleveluk.net so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is by returning the original item and, once your return is accepted, making a new purchase for the item you desire.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that the processing and posting of refunds may take some time, depending on your bank or credit card company.
