Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Standard

If placed before 12 PM (Monday - Thursday), orders are dispatched same-day and are estimated to arrive the next day.
Next Day Delivery starts at £9.

Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Once dispatched, orders may be subject to delays by the courier, which we cannot be held accountable for. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
If delays occur due to incorrect details provided by the customer, we will work to amend the details and get the package back on track. However, this may cause a delay of several working days. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
Orders placed during the Christmas period may be subject to additional delays.
If you request the courier to deliver to a safe place, and the courier provides evidence of delivery to the safe place, any missing parcels will be dealt with at our discretion.

We use the IOSS system for orders shipped to the European Union.

For EU orders valued at €150 or less, all applicable taxes and duties are included at checkout, so your order will be delivered with no additional charges.
For orders over €150, taxes and duties are not collected at checkout and will need to be paid directly to the courier before or upon delivery.
Shipping times may vary by location, and tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

We send all items to the USA Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout.
