Out of Earth Hand Forged Metal Katana Sword

This handmade, traditionally hand forged katana, is made of folded carbon steel. The folding process removes impurities from the steel, leaving only the finest quality steel. The sword is hammered and heated until the perfect blade is formed. It is then quenched for the perfect hardness.

The wooden handle is wrapped in genuine Stingray skin (Samekawa) before the traditional cotton handle wrapping (Tsukamaki).
