The first gunblade arrived within 2 days even though it was standard (free) delivery, that was amazing. Unfortunately it had significant scratches and even some rust on it. The customer service team were great, very speedy responses. They quickly offered a partial refund to keep it as is, or to send it back and get a brand new replacement. I went for the brand new replacement. I printed off the postage label they sent me and sent it back, all postage costs were covered by the label via parcel force. Once they received the first gunblade back, they immediately sent out a new one, checking its condition before sending it. The second gunblade is in perfect condition and the quality of the gunblade is amazing. It's really well put together. Only the black handle is plastic but it feels like a strong plastic. Like other reviewers say, it's much bigger than you expect, but that's not a bad thing, it's a great piece of work.
